By accessing or using forged.wtf (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

forged.wtf is a marketplace for AI-generated UI components. Users can discover, preview, copy, and share production-ready components generated by various AI models. The Service is provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of components and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant forged.wtf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. AI-Generated Content

Components on the platform are generated by AI models. forged.wtf does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, security, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. You use AI-generated components at your own risk and should review all code before using it in production.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious code, malware, or content that could harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

The forged.wtf name, logo, and platform design are the property of forged.wtf. Components shared on the platform may be used according to their respective licenses. Unless otherwise specified, components are shared for personal and commercial use.

8. Premium Features & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, forged.wtf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
